All Packages include
- Coordinate with Wedding Vendors Day of.
- Create and email all vendors with Day of Timeline
- Create Floorplan in 30 days and distribute to vendors.
- Will Coordinate with DJ for any special moments while dance floor is open.
- Coordinate and execute the Exit of B&G
- Stay to ensure all personal items and décor go to the appropriate vendor and family members.
- Diamond Package to set up and tear down all decorations asked by the B&G
- Help Create a Procession and Recession for Ceremony.
- Transfer any ceremony items to Reception.
- 1 hour prior to exit will place all personal items of the B&G into exit vehicle. Will pack up B&G dinner and Cake to place in exit vehicle.
- Will do final walk through with venue manager to ensure deposits are returned.
- Guide Guests to Cocktail Hour
- Will help Photographer w/ anything during family photos.
- Will release tables during buffet style, help caterer with plated style.
- Will Coordinate and guide B&G to Cake cutting, Special dances and toasts.
- Send well wishes to the happy couple.
- Distribute all gratuities to appropriate vendors.

Payment Schedule
- All Future Clients will sign and adhere to a contract.
- All Pricing is based on a 200 person guest count
- Flawless Event Planning uses the Honey book Portal System
- Payments are divided into 3 payments, due:
2023 Flawless Packages:
- Time of Contract 50 % of total price
- 25% Due 60 days of event
- 25% Remainder due 30 days from event date
2023 Full-Service planning:
- Time of Contract 50 % of total price
- 25% Due 90 days of event
- 25% Remainder due 30 days from event date
Ala Carte items will require a $250.00 Flat Rate, Refundable Deposit at the time of contract. This will be returned within 21 days of the event.
** Cancelation Fee: $ 350.00 Flat Rate
