Payment Schedule

  • All Future Clients will sign and adhere to a contract.
  • All Pricing is based on a 125-person guest count.
  • Flawless Event Planning uses the Honey book Portal System
  •  Payments are divided into 3 payments, due:

2024–2025 Flawless Packages:

  • Time of Contract 50 % of total price
  • 25% Due 60 days of event
  • 25% Remainder due 30 days from event date

2024-2025 Full-Service planning:

  • Time of Contract 50 % of total price
  • 25% Due 90 days of event
  • 25% Remainder due 30 days from event day
Ala Carte items will require a $250.00 Flat Fee, Refundable Deposit at the time of contract. This will be returned within 21 days of the event.

** Cancelation Fee:                                                           $ 350.00 Flat Fee
